Section 126-93-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes rules and regulations governing the transportation of school children participating in athletic, literary and band activities.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''18-5-13(6) and 18-2-5.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 23, 1982.
