Section 126-90-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These rules and regulations govern the purchase of school buses by county boards of education and supersede all previous rules and regulations relating to the purchase of school buses. Prior to state approval of the purchase of buses, the county board of education shall follow the rules and regulations.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''18-2-5 and 18-5-17C-12.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 23, 1982.

1.4. Effective Date. -- December 23, 1982.
