Section 126-32-11 - Residence
11.1. Individuals meeting all criteria and demonstrating themselves eligible under the State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma guidelines shall be admitted to testing for the purpose of securing a State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma according to the guidelines of this policy.
11.1.a. Individuals under the age of 19 must meet West Virginia eligibility guidelines for testing as outlined in the West Virginia HSE Test Administrator's Manual, which is available upon request by contacting the WVDE HSE Coordinator.
