Section 126-13B-10 - Planning and Evaluation10.1. The county board of education periodically will evaluate its educational program using that in formation for planning purposes.10.2. The county board of education has a student evaluation program. a. All students listed on a teacher's register as part of the third, sixth, ninth or eleventh grade enrollment, except special education students who may be excused by county discretion, shall be included In the State-County Testing Program.
