Section 126-32-12 - Transcripts of Scores
12.1. Names of individuals receiving the State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma shall not be released unless an individual has signed a written permission to release the information.
12.2. The original transcript and diploma shall be issued at no cost by the vendor retained by the WVDE. An additional transcript, verification and/or a replacement copy of the State of West Virginia High School Equivalency Diploma shall be provided for a fee determined by the WVDE vendor.
