Section 114-79-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes guidelines and procedures under which the Commissioner may approve group limited health benefit plans.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 33-2-10, 33-16F-3 and 33-16F-5.
