Section 114-63-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the standard motor vehicle insurance policy provisions as required by W. Va. Code § 33-6-31(i).

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 33-6-31(i) and 33-2-10.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 3, 2003.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 3, 2003.
