Section 114-61-8 - Cancellation and Refund of Unearned Premium8.1. Upon cancellation for any reason, the debtor is entitled to a refund of unearned premiums calculated on a daily pro rata basis. No refunds of less than one dollar are required.W. Va. Code R. § 114-61-8
