Section 114-46-5 - Grievance Procedure Annual Report

5.1. Each health maintenance organization shall file an annual report on its grievance procedure, using the AHMO Grievance Report for the Year _A Form provided by the Insurance Commissioner to describe its grievance procedure and to report actual grievances filed against the health maintenance organization, their disposition and their underlying causes.
