Section 114-29-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes requirements and standards for accident and sickness insurance coverage of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and craniomandibular disorder (CMD).

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''33-2-10, 33-6-8, 33-6-9, 33-23-24, 33-24-6, 33-25-11, 33-25A-3(1), 33-25A-20, and 33-16-3f(b).

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 31, 1991

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 31, 1991
