Section 114-11D-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this rule is to ensure that a policyholder is provided with a thorough disclosure concerning the operation of his or her variable life insurance policy and with current, reliable information concerning the status of his or her variable life insurance coverage. This rule is based on the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's "Variable Life Insurance Model Regulation," (Model 270), as amended in 1983.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
