Section 114-4-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this regulation is to require the disclosure of the ownership of Equity Securities of Domestic Stock Insurance Companies and to prevent any unfair practices by officers or directors where they are also beneficial owners of Equity Securities of a Domestic Insurance Company. The general form of this regulation was proposed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. This regulation establishes the general procedure to be followed by domestic stock insurers in regard to their activities respecting insider trading.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va.
