Section 110-12C-7 - Preference to be Considered in Making Award

The preference received by a bid qualified in accordance with these regulations shall be included in the determination of the award of the contract. Preference shall not be applied as between or among West Virginia vendors, but shall be applied as between or among resident vendor(s) and non-resident vendor(s), and between or among non-resident vendors.
