Section 11-16-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the definition of sexual misconduct and identifies sexual misconduct, for which an application may be denied and/or a license or other authorization to practice may be subject to disciplinary action.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-3-7(a)(1) and 30-3-14(u).1.3. Filing Date. - May 10, 2023.1.4. Effective Date. - June 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon August 1, 2028.
