Section 11-9-3 - Supervision of Radiologist Assistants by Licensed Radiologist3.1. A radiologist fully licensed under W. Va. Code § 30-3-1 et seq. may submit a job description to the Board of Medicine to supervise a radiologist assistant. Upon approval of the submitted job description, the radiologist will be deemed a supervising radiologist.3.2. The delegation of certain acts to a radiologist assistant shall be stated on the job description in a manner consistent with sound radiological practice and with the protection of the health and safety of the patient in mind.
