Section 11-9-15 - Continuing Education15.1. Beginning the first day of April, 2010, each radiologist assistant, as a condition of his or her biennial renewal of radiologist assistant certification, shall provide to the Board written documentation of participation in and successful completion during the preceding two (2) year period of a minimum of fifty (50) hours of continuing education. A copy of the certificate of registration from the ARRT for both of the applicable years will satisfy the Board of Medicine as written documentation.
