Section 11-9-13 - Complaint and Disciplinary Procedures13.1. The complaint and disciplinary process and procedures set forth in the contested case hearing procedure, W. Va. Code § 29A-5-1 et seq., and in the Board of Medicine Procedural Rule 11 CSR 3, also apply to the complaint process for radiologist assistants and to disciplinary actions instituted against radiologist assistants with the same provisions regarding the appeal of decisions made to circuit courts.
