1.1. Scope. -- W. Va. Code § 30-3-7a requires the Board of Medicine to regulate the practice of Radiologist Assistants, and with the advice of the West Virginia Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Technology Board of Examiners the Board of Medicine is to propose rules to establish the scope of practice of a Radiologist Assistant, develop the education and training requirements for a Radiologist Assistant and regulate Radiologist Assistants.1.2.
