Section 11-6-1 - [Effective 7/1/2024] General1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules address minimum requirements for continuing education satisfactory to the Board for physicians and podiatric physicians.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 30-1-7a and 30-3-7.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 30, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon August 1, 2029.
