Section 11-3-17 - Subpoenas17.1. The President or his or her designee shall have the power to issue subpoenas or subpoenas duces tecum pursuant to the provisions set forth in W. Va. Code § 29A-5-1(b).17.2. Written requests for the issuance of subpoenas or subpoenas duces tecum as provided in subsection 17.1 of this rule shall be made no later than ten (10) days before a scheduled hearing.
