Section 11-3-13 - Submission Of Proposed Findings Of Fact And Conclusions of Law13.1. Any party may submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of a hearing, or within twenty (20) days from the date the final transcript is available to all parties and to all members of the Board. Transcripts of the hearing shall be provided to members of the Board for review at least ten (10) days before the vote on the proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law is called.
