Section 508-12-140 - Surface water appropriation procedure - Priority of application

The priority of an application is established as of time and date received when accompanied by initial examination fee. In the case of governmental agencies, who are required to make payment by voucher, it shall be accepted as payment of initial fee when transmitted with the application.
