Section 504-49-505 - Must the customer-owner or administrator keep records regarding incentive payments?(1) Customer-owners or administrators receiving incentive payments must keep and preserve, for a period of five years after the receipt of the last incentive payment from the utility, suitable records as may be necessary to determine the amount of incentive received.(2) Examination of records.
