Section 504-49-125 - Customer-owner

"Customer-owner" means the owner of a residential-scale or commercial-scale renewable energy system, where such owner:

(1) Is not a utility;

(2) Is the primary account holder of the utility account; and

(3) Either owns or occupies the premises where the renewable energy system is installed.
