"Commercial-scale system" means a renewable energy system or system other than a community solar project or a shared commercial solar project with a direct current combined name-plate capacity greater than twelve kilowatts that meets the applicable system eligibility requirements established in section 6, chapter 36, Laws of 2017, 3rd sp. sess. (ESSB 5939).
