Engaging in conduct that creates an unreasonable risk of harm to another person or property and/or other conduct that undermines the safety of the university community or any person. Reckless endangerment may include, but is not limited to:
(1) Operating a vehicle while intoxicated;(2) Operating a vehicle with blatant disregard for the safety of other people and/or property;(3) Placing hazards in a public right of way;(4) Throwing objects at moving vehicles or out of buildings;(5) Tampering with or removing safety equipment and/or signage.Wash.
