Section 504-26-219 - [Effective 12/20/2024] Abuse of the student conduct system

Abuse of the student conduct system is defined as:

(1) Filing fraudulent charges or initiating a university conduct proceeding in bad faith.
(2) Attempting to discourage an individual's proper participation in, or use of, the student conduct system.
(3) Attempting to influence the impartiality of a member of the university conduct system prior to, and/or during the course of, any conduct proceeding.
(4) Harassment (verbal, written, or physical) and/or intimidation of a member of a community standards board, any individual involved in the conduct process, any CCR investigator or CCR informal resolution facilitator during a CCR investigation, or any conduct officer before, during, and/or after any university conduct proceeding.
