Section 504-26-217 - Unauthorized use of electronic or other devices

Making an audio, digital, or video record of any person without their prior knowledge, or without their effective consent when such a recording is of a private conversation or of images taken of a person(s) at a time and place where they would reasonably expect privacy and where such images are likely to cause injury or distress.
