Section 504-26-030 - [Effective 12/20/2024] Consolidation

In any student conduct matter in which there are common issues or parties, the conduct officer, community standards board chair, or presiding officer, as applicable, may decide to consolidate the proceedings. This decision is within the sole discretion of the conduct officer, community standards board chair, or presiding officer.
