Section 504-15-300 - Financial responsibility for parking tickets

(1) Each registered parking permit holder is financially responsible for parking tickets on vehicles:

(a) Registered with the parking department; and/or

(b) Displaying the registered parking permit holder's permit.

(2) Owners of vehicles are ultimately held financially responsible for parking tickets issued to their vehicles.
