Section 495E-120-190 - Reporting, recording, and maintaining records

Records of all disciplinary cases shall be kept by the vice-president for student services. Except in proceedings where the student is exonerated, all documentary or other physical evidence considered in disciplinary proceedings and all recorded testimony shall be preserved, insofar as possible, for not less than six years. No records of proceedings wherein the student is exonerated, other than the fact of exoneration, shall be maintained in the student's file or other college repository.
