Section 495D-116-100 - Permit revocationPermits are licenses and are the property of the college, and may be revoked for any of the following reasons:
(1) When the purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists;(2) When a permit is used on an unregistered vehicle or by an unauthorized person;(3) Falsification on a vehicle registration application;(4) More than two violations of parking and traffic rules;(5) Counterfeiting or altering of permits;(6) Commission of a theft or other crime in a vehicle parking area.Wash.
