Wash. Admin. Code § 495C-120-140

Current through Register Vol. 24-23, December 1, 2024
Section 495C-120-140 - Readmission after suspension or expulsion

Any student suspended from the college for disciplinary reasons will normally be readmitted upon expiration of the time period for which the suspension was issued. If the student has been expelled or feels that circumstances warrant reconsideration of a temporary suspension prior to its expiration, or if the student was suspended with conditions imposed for readmission, the student may be readmitted following approval of a written petition submitted to the vice-president for student services or designee. Such petition must state reasons which support a reconsideration of the matter. Before readmission may be granted, such petition must be reviewed and approved by the vice-president for student services.
