Section 490-105-230 - Do these rules apply to degree-granting private vocational schools? (See RCW 28C.10.040(4).)

Nondegree programs offered by degree-granting private vocational schools are regulated pursuant to the terms of an interagency agreement executed between the Washington student achievement council and the workforce training and education coordinating board. Copies of the agreement are available from either agency on request.
