Section 484-20-061 - Resident assessment and care plan

In accordance with federal regulations at 42 C.F.R. § 483.20 and 38 C.F.R. § 51.110, the medicaid certified nursing facilities shall provide resident care based on a systematic, comprehensive, interdisciplinary assessment, and care planning process in which the resident actively participates.
