Section 480-70-126 - Certificates, refiling of application prohibited for six months(1) A person whose application has been denied after hearing may not refile the application for a period of six months from the date of the final order denying the application.(2) A person whose application has been dismissed for failure to appear at a hearing, or who has been found to be in default, may not refile the application for a period of six months from the date of the final order dismissing the application.Wash.
