Section 480-70-021 - Additional requirements(1) These rules do not relieve any solid waste collection company from any of its duties and obligations under the laws of the state of Washington.(2) The commission retains the authority to impose additional or different requirements on any solid waste collection company in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the requirements of law.Wash.
