Section 480-30-251 - Charter and excursion carriers not subject to provisions of Part 7

The rules in Part 7 of this chapter relating to tariffs, time schedules, rates, and rate filings apply only to auto transportation companies. Charter and excursion carriers are not subject to the provisions of this part.
