Section 480-30-046 - Exemptions from rules in chapter 480-30 WAC

The commission may grant an exemption from the provisions of any rule in this chapter consistent with the standards and according to the procedures set forth in WAC 480-07-110 (Exceptions from and modification to the rules in this chapter; special rules).
