Section 480-103-145 - Meter tests(1)Testing frequency. A community solar company must test and report to project participants the accuracy of each of its community solar project's meters every twelve months.(2)Dispute resolution. If a project participant disputes any meter test result, the company or the customer may file a complaint with the commission. (a) When the commission has notified the company that the commission has received a complaint regarding a meter test result, the company may not alter the meter in any manner unless authorized by the commission. The commission may consider any alteration to the meter in violation of this requirement as support for the complaint.(b) The commission may require the company to perform an additional meter test and report the test results to the commission within ten business days.Wash.
