Section 480-100-282 - Application for approval of lease of utility facilities

Under the provisions of RCW 80.04.520, the applicant must certify that the requested approval of lease of utility facilities is necessary to exempt any owner of the facilities from being a public utility company under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.
