Section 480-07-390 - Briefs; oral argument

The commission may permit or require the parties to a proceeding to present their arguments and authority in support of their positions after the conclusion of any evidentiary hearing. Such a presentation may be in the form of written briefs, oral argument at the close of the hearing, or both.
