Section 478-324-060 - Additional considerations in determination of nonsignificance(1) The responsible official shall send the DNS and environmental checklist to agencies with jurisdiction, the city-university community advisory committee, and the SEPA advisory committee.(2) If the university withdraws a DNS and makes a new threshold determination, the responsible official shall send notice of any withdrawn DNS and new threshold determination to agencies with jurisdiction, the city-university community advisory committee, and the SEPA advisory committee.Wash.
