Section 478-121-413 - Pleadings, briefs, and motions(1) At appropriate stages of full adjudicative proceedings, the hearing officer will give all parties full opportunity to submit and respond to pleadings, motions, objections, and offers of settlement, including motions for summary judgment.(2) At appropriate stages of full adjudicative proceedings, the hearing officer may give all parties full opportunity to file briefs, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and proposed initial or final orders.(3) The hearing officer has the discretion to decide and dispose of all issues raised in accordance with this section.Wash.
