Section 478-121-263 - Self-incriminating evidence

No student shall be compelled to give self-incriminating evidence and a negative inference will not be drawn from a refusal to participate at any stage of the conduct proceeding. The presiding officer may, however, continue with the conduct proceeding and reach a finding based on other available and admissible evidence.
