Section 478-118-080 - Transfer of permits limited(1) Permit holders may transfer one valid permit between motor vehicles. Improper transfer of a permit shall include, but is not limited to, the wrongful sale, lending, or bad faith transfer of a parking permit.(2) Permits displaying license plate numbers shall be valid only in the vehicles whose license number matches the number written on the permit.Wash.
