Section 478-116-197 - Motorcycle and motor scooter parking

Motorcycles and motor scooters are considered motor vehicles and subject to all parking rules. These vehicles shall not be permitted to park on pathways, sidewalks, authorized bicycle racks, or storage facilities, pedestrian areas, or in buildings.
