Section 468-710-040 - Requesting a route jurisdiction transfer

The agency initiating a route jurisdiction transfer request shall do so by submitting a written request to the commission utilizing the criteria specified in RCW 47.17.001. This written request shall be signed by the head of the requesting agency.
