Section 468-550-100 - Safety program annual report(1) Per the requirements of the Washington state rail safety oversight program standard, the RFGPTS will prepare and submit to the department a safety program annual report which summarizes the agency's safety program activities during the most recent calendar year, including a summary of accidents, incidents, hazards, and internal safety program audits.(2) The annual safety program annual report must be submitted to the department on or before February 15th of each year.Wash.
