Once you request a hearing, you will receive a notice of hearing which will contain the date and time of your telehearing and phone number to call. The registered owner of the vehicle, or designated agent, must attend the hearing. If you cannot attend on the date scheduled, you must notify the office of administrative hearings (OAH) by phone anytime up until fifteen minutes before the scheduled hearing date and time to request a new date. If you do not appear at a scheduled hearing without notification, you will be liable to pay the tolls, fees, and penalties.
